Home Run Car Detailing ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.homerunmobilecardetailing.ca. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

We take your privacy seriously and operate under a consent-first model: non-essential data collection does not occur until you explicitly opt in via our cookie banner.

When you accept the Analytics category, we record the following events in our own first-party database (Supabase):

— page_view — which page you landed on — city_page_view — which city detailing page you visited — service_interest — which package you clicked on — cta_click — which call-to-action buttons you interacted with — form_start / form_submit / form_error — booking form activity — cookie_consent_update — when you change consent settings

Each event stores: event name, page path, timestamp, and your anonymous session ID. No name, email, IP address, or precise location is stored in event records. We do not use any session recording service.

When you arrive via a link with UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), we store these alongside your anonymous session to understand which marketing efforts are driving bookings. This data is tied to your anonymous ID only, not to any personal information, and is retained for 90 days.

When you submit a booking request through our form, we collect:

— Your name — Phone number and/or email address — City and vehicle type — Service preference and preferred contact time — Optional message

This information is stored securely in our database and used solely to respond to your booking request. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the minimum number of cookies necessary to operate the site and respect your consent choices. The table below lists every cookie we set.

We work with a small number of trusted third-party services:

— Supabase (supabase.com) — our database provider. Stores session data, tracking events, and lead submissions. Data is hosted in a region you can confirm with us on request. — Resend (resend.com) — sends us an internal email notification when you submit a booking form. Your contact details are included in that email but are not stored by Resend. — Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website. Standard server access logs (IP, user agent, path) are retained per Vercel's default policy.

No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are active.

— Consent cookie: 12 months from the date of consent — Anonymous session ID: 30 days — UTM / source attribution: 90 days — Lead submissions (name, contact, booking details): up to 3 years to support service history and follow-up — Tracking events: retained in aggregated form; raw events purged after 12 months

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to:

— Access the personal information we hold about you — Request correction of inaccurate data — Request deletion of your data — Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time — Know how your data is used

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or applicable laws change. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
