01How do I book a detailing appointment?
The easiest way is to use our booking form on the homepage or send us a text. You can also call us directly. We'll confirm your appointment within a few hours, typically sooner.
02How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability — reach out and ask.
03Are evenings and weekends available?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings (until 8pm weekdays) and weekends (8am–6pm). We exist to fit your schedule, not the other way around.
04What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll happily reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations (under 4 hours) may incur a small fee to cover our travel.
05Do I need to be present during the detail?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle and a power source nearby, you can go about your day. We'll send you a photo update when we're done.

01What's the difference between your packages?
We offer two packages. The Signature Detail (starting at $220) is a deep interior reset — full vacuum, carpet agitation, drill-brush cleaning, surface wipe-down, glass, stain treatment, spot extraction, leather conditioning, and deodorizing. The Showroom Detail (starting at $300) adds a full exterior treatment: deep wheel and tire clean, hand wash, iron remover, tire dressing, paint-safe sealant, and exterior glass — on top of everything in the Signature. 02How long does a full detail take?
The Signature Detail typically takes 2–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. The Showroom Detail runs 4–6 hours. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you confirm your booking.
03Do you detail the engine bay?
Engine bay degreasing is available as an add-on with any package. Ask us when booking and we'll include it in your quote.
04What products do you use?
We use professional-grade detailing products from trusted brands including CarPro, Koch-Chemie, and Gyeon. We never use household cleaners or diluted consumer products on customer vehicles.
05Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy with any aspect of the service, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to address it at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is the whole point.

01Where do you operate?
We serve the full Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, and Richmond Hill — as well as the Niagara Region including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Grimsby, Lincoln, Fort Erie, and Pelham.
02Is there a travel fee for remote locations?
Within our standard coverage area, travel is included in the package price. For locations at the edge of our zone or slightly outside, we may apply a small travel surcharge — we'll always tell you upfront before you confirm.
03Can you come to my workplace?
Absolutely. A parking lot, underground garage, or driveway all work fine. We just need a standard 120V power outlet within roughly 50 feet of the vehicle.
04Do you need access to water?
We carry our own water supply for most services. For longer packages, access to a hose bib is helpful but not always required. We'll let you know when confirming your booking.
PRICING & PAYMENT

01Do prices change based on vehicle size?
Yes. Our listed prices are for standard sedans and compact SUVs. Full-size SUVs, trucks, and vans are quoted slightly higher due to the additional time and product required. We'll give you an exact price when you reach out.
02What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, e-Transfer, and cash. Payment is due on completion of service.
03Do you offer packages or loyalty discounts?
Package options are available, and multi-vehicle household requests can be quoted separately. Loyalty offers can be added once repeat service history exists.
04Are your prices all-inclusive?
Our package prices cover all labor and standard products. Certain specialty treatments, such as odor elimination or protection add-ons, are quoted separately as they vary by vehicle condition.
YOUR VEHICLE

01My car is extremely dirty. Will that cost extra?
Heavily soiled vehicles — heavy pet hair, years of neglect, construction dust — may require a condition surcharge. We'll flag this before starting and you'll always approve the final price first.
02Do you detail luxury and exotic vehicles?
Yes, and we treat every vehicle that way. We use paint-safe products on all finishes, and our technicians are trained to work with high-end materials including Alcantara, nappa leather, carbon fiber trim, and soft-top convertibles.
03What about odors — smoke, pets, mildew?
We offer an ozone treatment add-on that neutralizes persistent odors at the source rather than masking them. It's effective on smoke, pet odors, and mildew. Ask about it when booking.
